Cambro Camrack Red Glass Rack 16 Compartment

The Cambro Camrack is a commercial glass rack designed to carry glassware through every stage of the back-of-house cycle in a single container. Glasses load at the bar or service point, travel through the glasswasher, move into storage, and return to the floor — all without being transferred between containers at any stage. The red colour coding allows staff to identify rack type or designated use zones quickly, which is a practical advantage in busy operations where several rack types and colours are in circulation at once.

The compartmentalised design keeps glasses separated and held upright during the wash cycle, which meaningfully reduces glass-on-glass contact and the rim damage and breakages that come with it. The 16-compartment layout suits venues handling moderate to high glass volumes, and the rack accommodates a broad range of tumblers, hi-balls, and stemless glassware commonly used across pub, bar, and restaurant operations.

• Colour-coded red for fast identification when multiple rack types are in use
• Single-container system from collection through washing to storage and service
• Compartment separation reduces breakages and protects glass rims
• Compatible with the Cambro Camdolly and Camrack cover for a full transport system
• Built to withstand repeated commercial glasswasher cycles

Before ordering, it is worth confirming that your glasswasher basket dimensions will accept the Camrack, as not all machines are compatible. The Camdolly and rack cover are available separately and are worth considering if hygienic floor-level transport and covered storage are part of your workflow.

This rack is well suited to bars, hotels, banqueting operations, and restaurant service areas. For very high-volume sites running large glass counts across multiple service points, it may be worth considering whether a higher compartment count or a greater number of racks would better match your throughput.
