The Merrychef full size cooking tray is a superb solution for transferring food from the paddle to the cookplate. The edges of the trays catch grease and liquid, helping to keep the cavity of the oven and the cook plate clean.
The full size tray is incredibly versatile and allows you to maximise the quantity of food cooked in the oven.
This Merrychef cooking tray is colour coded purple – perfect for reducing cross-contamination of food groups.
