Baste perfectly with the Sparta silicone basting brush – an advanced high-heat professional brush designed to spread liquids better than ordinary silicone basting brushes.
With its unique bristle design, the Sparta carries liquid across meats and pastries perfectly, reducing the need to refill the brush as much as traditional straight brushes. And as a handy extra, the brush features a convenient hanging hook, allowing you to position it on the edge of containers. Colour coded red for high heat or meat applications.
