The Seasons by Porcelite Graphite Couscous Plate is a 26cm rimmed serving plate finished in a deep graphite glaze. The couscous plate format — characterised by its broad, shallow well and defined rim — suits plated mains, pasta, grain dishes, and sharing-style presentations equally well. It is part of the wider Seasons by Porcelite collection, which is produced to commercial hospitality standards and designed to coordinate across a full table setting.
In day-to-day service, porcelain of this grade is well suited to the rigours of a busy pass. The graphite finish is applied as part of the firing process rather than surface-painted, which means it holds up reliably through repeated dishwasher cycles without significant fading or crazing over normal service life. The 26cm diameter gives enough surface area for thoughtful plating without the plate becoming unwieldy on a standard restaurant table cover.
- Graphite glaze fired into the porcelain for lasting colour stability
- Broad shallow well suits plated mains, pasta, and grain-based dishes
- Dishwasher safe and suitable for commercial warewashing cycles
- Part of a coordinating range for consistent table presentation
- Sold in packs of six — practical for initial stock or topping up breakages
This plate works well in restaurants, bistros, and hotel dining rooms where presentation consistency matters. It is a mid-weight commercial option — appropriate for most table service environments, though very high-turnover operations cycling large covers multiple times a day may wish to consider heavier-gauge alternatives for longevity.
If you are building out a full table setting from the Seasons by Porcelite Graphite range or need to confirm pack quantities for your covers, the team is happy to help you work through what you need.
