This is a half gastronorm pan from Pujadas’s Cool Line range, finished in light orange with a non-stick interior. It is built on an 18/10 stainless steel body with a patented sandwich base that allows it to be used directly on induction, gas, electric, and vitroceramic heat sources — making it a practical choice in kitchens where pans move between cooking and service without changing vessels.
In busy catering environments, the non-stick surface helps with food release during service and reduces the effort needed during cleaning at the end of a shift. The reinforced edges and solid construction hold up reasonably well under the daily handling that buffet and banqueting equipment typically takes. The light orange colour coding is useful in operations where visual organisation of food types or dietary requirements matters on a buffet line or in a display counter.
- Non-stick interior aids clean food release and reduces cleaning time
- Compatible with induction, gas, electric, and vitroceramic heat sources
- Sandwich base promotes even heat distribution across the pan
- Colour-coded finish supports visual organisation at buffet or service stations
- Reinforced edges provide added resistance to everyday handling and knocks
As a half GN format, it fits standard gastronorm storage units, display counters, and bain marie wells. It is well suited to smaller operations or as a supplementary pan in larger buffet setups. For kitchens needing greater depth or full GN coverage, other sizes in the range may be more appropriate.
If you are building out a buffet setup or want to confirm the right GN configuration for your counters, the team is happy to help you work through what you need.
