These geometric trays are part of the White Album collection by Rene Ozorio, produced by Steelite. Made from fine china with a luminous, translucent finish, they offer a clean, neutral surface that works well for structured plating and contemporary food presentation. The rectangular format and defined geometric profile give chefs a clear frame to work within, which suits precise, composed dishes particularly well.
In a busy service environment, consistency of presentation matters as much as the food itself. These trays hold their appearance well across a full service, and fine china of this type is generally robust enough for regular front-of-house use when handled correctly. The 12-pack format helps establish a uniform look across covers without the need to piece together stock over time.
From an operational standpoint, the White Album range is designed to coordinate across multiple piece formats, which gives kitchen teams flexibility when building a table setting or adapting to different covers and menu styles. The neutral white finish does not compete with plating colours or garnishes.
- Consistent finish supports uniform presentation across covers
- Geometric profile suits structured, composed plating styles
- Coordinates with other White Album pieces for a cohesive table
- Fine china construction suitable for regular front-of-house use
- 12-pack quantity helps stock a section without shortfall
These trays are best suited to restaurants, bistros, and hotel dining operations where presentation standards are high and a contemporary aesthetic is part of the offer. They are less suited to high-turnover casual dining where robust everyday tableware takes priority.
If you are building a full table setting from the White Album range or want to discuss quantities for your covers, the team is happy to help you work through what you need.
