APS VALUMO Extension Rod — 3-Element Set

The APS VALUMO Extension Rod is a modular accessory designed exclusively for use with the VALUMO lighting unit within the Valo Buffet system. It is not a standalone product — it works as part of a coordinated display lighting assembly, allowing operators to adjust the height and positioning of the VALUMO light head above a buffet presentation.

The set consists of three coordinated elements: a tip, an extension rod, and a magnetic holder. Together, these allow the lighting unit to be mounted securely while retaining the flexibility that buffet operators typically need when configuring or reconfiguring display layouts between services.

In practical terms, this extension set is most useful where the standard VALUMO configuration does not bring the light head to the right height for the intended display — whether that’s a tiered centrepiece, a raised platter, or a taller buffet structure. The magnetic holder keeps the assembly stable without tools, which makes repositioning straightforward during a busy service setup.

It is worth noting that this set is only compatible with the VALUMO system. Using it with other lighting units or buffet accessories outside the Valo range is not supported, and doing so could compromise stability. If you are building out a VALUMO display from scratch or expanding an existing setup, it is worth confirming which elements you already have before ordering.

If you are unsure whether this extension set is the right addition to your current VALUMO configuration, our team is happy to help you work through the options.
