The Elia cylinder vacuum jug is a practical beverage server designed for professional hospitality use. The black cylindrical format is a common choice for table service, buffets, meeting rooms, and self-serve stations where a clean, consistent presentation is expected. The 1-litre capacity suits individual table service or small group settings rather than high-volume bulk pouring.
The shatterproof vacuum liner provides reliable thermal retention, keeping hot drinks at a safe and acceptable serving temperature across a typical service period, and similarly maintaining cold beverages without the need for ice. In busy environments where jugs are left on tables or buffet counters for extended periods, this makes a practical difference to drink quality and reduces the frequency of top-ups required by floor staff.
A few features make this jug well suited to daily commercial use:
- Stainless steel exterior handles the knocks and wear of regular service
- Lever stopper allows controlled, drip-free pouring with one hand
- Air-release system in the lid safely vents built-up steam pressure
- Wide-mouth opening makes cleaning straightforward at the end of service
- Non-slip silicone base improves stability and protects tabletops
It is worth noting that at 1 litre this jug is suited to lighter-duty applications. For operations needing to serve larger groups from a single vessel, or where jugs are refilled continuously throughout a long service, a larger-capacity model may be worth considering alongside this one.
If you are equipping a number of tables or want to confirm this jug is the right fit for your service style, the team is happy to help you think it through.
