A rectangular 17.8 x 12.5cm dish that brings a clean, linear shape to a table of round plates. Well suited to sides of dauphinoise, baked feta, grilled halloumi or a portion of chips, and it lines up neatly along a sharing table or counter display.
Aegean is a deep coastal blue that recalls Mediterranean glazed pottery, and it makes pale dips, whipped feta and seafood sides stand out sharply. A strong accent colour for menus that want one confident shade on the table.
Designed to bring greater flexibility to food presentation, our Dips nā Sides collection offers a versatile selection of serving pieces perfect for European, tapas and meze-inspired cuisines. Available in five distinctive colourways, each colour has been carefully selected to complement tableware collections across our wider portfolio. The collection is finished with a reactive glaze, meaning subtle variations in colour, tone and pattern may occur from piece to piece. These natural differences are created during the firing process and ensure each item has a unique finish.
