Fitted with twin tanks for even greater frying flexibility and capacity, the OG8111/P Lincat Opus 800 LPG fryer can work wonders for productivity in your kitchen. As each tank can be controlled independently, you can deep fry different food types simultaneously and dramatically increase your output. Using advanced heat transfer technology and precision temperature control via two easy-to-use thermostatic dials, the unit heats up your oil quicker and holds its temperature for longer – perfect for quickly turning around dishes in busy kitchens.
By filtering excess oil away through an inclined base, the Opus 800 ensures you’ll be serving the crispiest and tastiest fried food every time, no matter how busy you are. The heavy duty unit also drains used oil directly into a container underneath, so there’s no time wasted trying to find and attach an external drain pipe, allowing you to empty it at a more convenient time.
