Provide higher outputs of meats, onions, mushrooms and other fried foods with this chrome plated Opus 800 Griddle, which provides quicker heat-up and heat retention compared to steel models. As a non-adhesive surface, the chrome cooking area is perfect for delicate foods such as eggs and pancakes whilst the addition of independently controlled heat zones ensures that you won’t risk overcooking such items whilst also searing meat on the same griddle. Reduced heat radiation from the surface also creates a cooler working environment, making it ideal for mobile caterers and small kitchens.
