Amefa Metropole Velvet Cake Forks 18/10 Stainless Steel (12 Pack)

The Amefa Metropole Velvet cake fork is part of Amefa’s Metropole range, a pattern characterised by a square bevel profile, long slender tines, and a gently sloping handle. The design draws on architectural geometry to produce a fork that sits neatly between classic and contemporary, making it a practical choice for operations that want a consistent, considered table setting without committing to overtly ornate cutlery.

Produced in 18/10 stainless steel at a 4.0mm gauge, these forks carry a reassuring weight in the hand — solid enough to feel deliberate without being cumbersome. The high polish finish is achieved through an extensive buffing process, which contributes to resistance against surface dulling over repeated commercial dishwasher cycles. For front-of-house teams, that means less time spent inspecting and replacing pieces mid-service.

• Square bevel profile with a sloping handle for a refined place setting
• 18/10 stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance and longevity
• 4.0mm gauge provides a substantial, balanced feel in the hand
• High-polish finish maintains appearance through regular dishwasher use
• Supplied in a pack of 12, practical for initial stocking or top-up orders

The Metropole Velvet fork is well suited to cafés, patisseries, hotel lounges, and restaurant dessert courses where cake or pastry service is a regular part of the menu. Supplied in packs of 12, the pack size works sensibly as either a starter quantity for smaller operations or as a top-up for existing covers. If you’re specifying cutlery across a larger venue or need to match complementary pieces within the Metropole range, it’s worth having a conversation about quantities and range coordination before ordering.

If you’d like guidance on selecting the right pattern or quantity for your covers, the team is happy to help.
