The APS Dispensa is a glass-bodied portion dispenser designed for front-of-house and buffet use. Each press of the pump delivers a fixed 15ml dose, making it a practical choice for sauces, yoghurt, and smooth jams where consistent portioning matters. The clear glass body lets staff and guests see the contents at a glance, which is useful for self-service settings where identification needs to be immediate.
In day-to-day service, the fixed-dose mechanism does a straightforward job: it removes the guesswork from portioning and reduces the mess that comes with ladle or spoon service. For buffet operations in particular, where guests are serving themselves over an extended period, this kind of controlled dispensing helps maintain presentation standards without constant staff intervention.
- Fixed 15ml dose per pump supports consistent portioning across service
- Glass container provides clear visibility of contents and fill level
- Compact footprint suits buffet counters and table service setups
- Polypropylene pump components are comfortable to handle in service
- Suitable for smooth sauces, yoghurt, and jam without fruit pieces
It is worth noting that this dispenser is not dishwasher safe and requires hand washing. In high-volume kitchens where rapid turnaround of serviceware is essential, that cleaning requirement is worth factoring into your workflow before committing. It is best suited to ambient or room-temperature products — it is not a heated dispenser, so it is not appropriate for sauces that need to be held at serving temperature.
This dispenser is a practical fit for hotels, café-style buffets, catering operations, and counter service environments where portion control and presentation are priorities. If your volume or hygiene workflow demands something more robust or heated, it is worth exploring other options in the range.
If you are unsure whether this suits your service setup, our team is happy to talk it through.
