The APS MINERA concrete box is a small-portion serving piece designed for table and buffet presentation. Each box is made from concrete with a naturally varied surface texture, meaning no two pieces look identical. The set includes two boxes with matching lids, making them practical for covered service or buffet display.
In a service environment, these are well suited to individual butter portions, small dips, spices, sauces, or side condiments. The compact size keeps table layouts tidy and helps with portion control during breakfast or à la carte service. The lids make them a sensible choice for pre-set covers or buffet lines where covered presentation is preferred.
- Stackable for compact storage during non-service periods
- Individual surface textures complement both contemporary and traditional table settings
- Suitable for butter portions, dips, condiments, and small sides
- Lids included for covered presentation
- Easy to wipe clean to maintain the concrete finish
Being concrete, these pieces require a little care. They should be wiped clean with a damp cloth rather than submerged or run through a commercial dishwasher, which can affect the surface over time. They are best suited to settings where appearance is a consideration — restaurants, hotels, and quality buffet operations — rather than high-turnover canteen environments where durability under repeated rough handling is a priority.
If you are selecting tableware for a specific service style or building a larger table concept, our team is happy to help you find pieces that work together.
