For attractive and hygienic buffet presentation, choose this APS polycarbonate 1/3 gastronorm lid. Using this lid with a matching GN 1/3 tray will create an effective barrier to keep your food fresh and protected against any possible contamination. The GN sizing means you can use this lid with any 1/3 gastronorm tray or tray too – giving you more flexibility when it comes to displaying your food.

And thanks to the polycarbonate material, the lid offers excellent clarity. So it’s easy for customers to view all of your delicious cakes, pastries and buffet favourites. This polycarbonate construction means the lid is also dishwasher-safe – making cleaning as simple as can be.
