The APS Terrazzo Wind Ashtray is a solid concrete ashtray finished in a natural terrazzo pattern. Each piece carries a slightly individual character due to the nature of the material, making it a practical choice for operators who want outdoor smoking areas to feel considered rather than purely functional.
Concrete construction gives it the kind of weight that keeps it stable on exposed terraces and beer gardens where lighter ashtrays tend to shift or tip in the wind. It sits firmly on a table without needing to be anchored, which matters in busier outdoor settings where furniture sees a lot of movement through service.
- Substantial weight resists movement in outdoor, exposed conditions
- Natural terrazzo finish suits contemporary outdoor dining aesthetics
- Protective base prevents surface scratching on table tops
- Stackable form makes off-season or end-of-shift storage straightforward
- Wipes clean with a damp cloth — no specialist cleaning required
It is worth noting that concrete, while durable, is not indestructible. It is best handled with reasonable care during stacking and storage, and is suited to managed outdoor areas rather than high-traffic bar tops where it may be knocked regularly. This size works well for small table settings; operators running larger outdoor covers may want to consider a broader or deeper format.
Well suited to restaurants, pubs, hotels, and cafés with designated outdoor smoking areas where presentation matters alongside practicality. If you are fitting out a larger terrace or need advice on quantities for your setup, the team is happy to help you work through what you need.
