The Bauscher ReNew 90mm bowls are small stoneware pieces designed for contemporary plating and dining presentation. Made from Eco Gres — a ceramic body incorporating 90% recycled content — they sit within the ReNew collection, which is Bauscher’s response to growing operator demand for tableware with credible sustainability credentials without compromising on durability or appearance.
In practical terms, these bowls are well suited to amuse-bouche, small side portions, condiments, or dessert presentations where a compact, tactile vessel adds to the guest experience. The matte brown exterior gives each piece an artisan, handmade quality, while the white-glazed interior keeps the bowl easy to clean and provides a clean backdrop for food presentation. The two-tone finish is consistent across the range, so pieces mix naturally with other Bauscher porcelain and stoneware on the same table.
For operators considering these for a busy environment, there are a few practical points worth noting:
- Dishwasher safe — suitable for commercial glasswasher and dishwasher cycles
- Microwave safe — useful where dishes are finished or held in a microwave
- Oven safe — supports plating from oven to table where required
- Compatible with the broader Bauscher porcelain range for coordinated cover layouts
- Supplied in a pack of 12, reflecting typical cover requirements for smaller operations
The 90mm diameter makes these a compact option. Operators running larger covers or higher table-turn volumes may find it worth considering larger pack quantities or complementary sizes within the ReNew range to maintain consistent stock levels during peak service.
If you’re putting together a cover specification or want to confirm how the ReNew range coordinates with other Bauscher pieces you already use, the team is happy to help you work through the options.
