There’s something satisfying about shaking a cocktail with a double tin shaker. The ice makes a distinct crisp clunk as you drop it into the tin and then the sound of metal on metal when you pat them together all creates theatre at your bar. Once the drink is built and you start shaking, both tins will frost giving your guests the visual trigger that the cocktail will be ice cold.
