Thinner and lighter than standard crockery, the Alchemy Ambience collection by Churchill brings a stylish and elegant touch to fine dining. The range includes plates, bowls and beverage pieces, all designed to create the perfect canvas for food presentation. Every piece is protected by ecoglaze, a high-performance glaze that boosts durability, resists stains and metal marks, and helps extend the life of the product.
Made from vitreous china, Ambience does not absorb moisture, making it more hygienic and better at retaining heat. Its strong resistance to thermal shock also helps cut down on breakages, and a high percentage of alumina gives it extra strength. Pieces are designed for safe stacking to save space in back of house areas.
