Churchill Homespun Accents Black Walled Plates 260mm (Pack of 6)

The Churchill Homespun Accents walled plate is part of Churchill’s Studio Prints range, designed to give operators a tableware option that carries some visual character without compromising on the durability required in a commercial environment. The 260mm diameter suits main course plating across most cuisines, and the walled profile helps contain sauces and dressings, making it a practical choice as well as an aesthetic one. The black finish and concentric, hand-thrown-style surface pattern lend a tactile, artisanal quality that works well against both light and dark food presentations.

Churchill’s Super Vitrified body is the reason this range holds up in working kitchens. It’s a dense, non-porous material that doesn’t absorb moisture or flavour over time, and it resists the thermal cycling that causes lesser ware to crack or craze. In a busy service environment — where plates move rapidly between heated pass lamps, kitchen hands, and dishwashers — that resilience matters. The applied Eco Glaze surface adds a further layer of practical protection, resisting metal marks from cutlery contact and staining from high-pigment sauces.

From an operational standpoint, this ware is straightforward to manage:

• Dishwasher safe at commercial cycle temperatures
• Microwave safe for reheating where required
• Non-porous body retains heat during service
• Chip and thermal shock resistance reduces replacement frequency
• Consistent glaze finish supports presentation standards across the pack

Sold in packs of six, this plate suits establishments looking to build or extend a tableware set in this colourway. For operations running multiple covers or higher-volume services, larger pack quantities may be worth considering. The 260mm size is a versatile main-plate format, though kitchen teams with specific plating requirements — particularly around portion volume or presentation style — should consider whether the walled profile suits their menu before ordering at scale.

If you’re building out a full table setting in the Homespun Accents range or want to discuss pack quantities suited to your cover count, we’re happy to help you work through the options.
