The Churchill Nourish Kochi shallow bowl is a compact, versatile piece from the Nourish White range — a clean, minimal design intended to sit comfortably alongside contemporary tableware without dominating the plate presentation. At 115mm across, it is well suited to amuse-bouche, pre-dessert courses, condiments, or small sharing portions where portion control and neat plating matter.
Churchill’s finest vitrified construction gives these bowls a practical advantage in a busy hospitality environment. Vitrified china does not absorb moisture, which means odours do not transfer between services and the body stays hygienic with straightforward cleaning. The material also handles thermal shock reliably, so moving from a hot pass to a cooler surface does not carry the chip risk that lower-grade ceramics can present. In day-to-day service, that translates to a longer usable lifespan and fewer replacements.
The Eco Glaze finish resists staining and metal marking — both common issues on lighter coloured tableware where cutlery contact repeatedly catches the surface. The fully glazed foot reduces scratching when bowls are stacked during storage or transport to the pass, which is a small detail that makes a real difference when stock is handled quickly during a busy turnaround.
- Dishwasher safe for efficient back-of-house throughput
- Microwave safe, supporting flexible heating workflows
- Defined rim edge supports clean, consistent plating
- Chip-resistant vitrified body reduces breakage costs over time
These bowls are sold in packs of 12 and are a practical choice for restaurants, hotel dining rooms, and event caterers building or refreshing a tableware range. If you are matching to an existing Churchill collection or are unsure whether this size fits your menu concept, the team is happy to help you work through it.
