227x316mm Designed for use with the Clover Japanese chef tray, the 227x316mm Clover Japanese mesh drip rack further optimises the versatility of the tray by aiding grilling or draining. Fitted with small feet, the mesh raises food off the tray, promoting airflow on all sides. This helps the cooking process, allowing all-round heat to produce exceptional cooking results.
The mesh is incredibly stiff, thanks to its strong stainless steel construction. This ensures it doesn’t warp with heat or weight – an exceptional quality addition to kitchens using Clover Japanese trays.
