Whether creating a toilet of digging a firepit, a spade will be a great tool on your next wild camping trip. The Condor Camping Shovel has added appeal, however, with the addition of a bottle opener and saw blade for shelter building, for example, and opening a beer at the end of the day. The edge is semi sharpened and will cut through that first layer of turf no trouble.
It is also relatively light in weight so will not weigh your pack down unnecessarily. It is supplied with a nylon belt sheath
