The Cristal d’Arques Swirly flute is a champagne and sparkling wine glass made from Krysta, a lead-free crystalline glass known for its high clarity and resistance to everyday knocks. Each glass features a gently patterned bowl with a flame-polished finish, giving a clean, consistent appearance across a set. At 240ml capacity, the proportions are well suited to standard champagne and prosecco service.
Krysta glass is notably clearer than standard soda-lime glass and holds up reasonably well to repeated dishwasher cycles without clouding as quickly, which matters in a hospitality setting where glassware takes a lot of use. The lightweight construction — each glass coming in at 140g — makes handling straightforward during busy service, and the slender flute profile stacks sensibly in glass racks.
- Dishwasher safe for fast turnaround between sittings
- Flame-polished finish maintains a presentable appearance in service
- Lead-free crystal glass resists chipping better than standard glass
- Uniform appearance across the pack suits table-setting consistency
- Lightweight build reduces fatigue during high-volume service
These flutes are best suited to restaurants, hotels, event caterers, and bars where a step up from basic glassware is needed without the fragility or cost of full lead crystal. They are a practical choice for mid-tier dining and reception service. For very high-volume or rough-handling environments, a toughened or fully tempered flute may be a more durable option worth considering.
If you are unsure whether these are the right fit for your service style or volume, we are happy to help you work through the options.
