The De Buyer KWIK Pro is a stainless steel automatic piston funnel designed for controlled, repeatable portioning of liquids in a professional kitchen environment. The piston mechanism dispenses a measured dose with each press, making it well suited to sauces, creams, coulis, liqueurs, and similar semi-liquid preparations where consistent portion sizes matter.
In a busy service environment, speed and accuracy during plating or prep can have a real impact on both food cost and consistency. A piston funnel removes the guesswork from manual ladling or pouring, reducing spillage and helping kitchen teams maintain portion discipline when covers are high and time is short. The all-stainless construction handles regular use without deteriorating, and the smooth internal surfaces clean quickly between batches or at the end of service.
- Delivers a consistent measured dose with each press of the piston
- Reduces mess and spillage during plating and prep work
- Stainless steel construction resists corrosion and is easy to sanitise
- Supplied with a stand, keeping the funnel stable and accessible on the pass
- Suitable for sauces, creams, coulis, liqueurs, and similar preparations
This is a handheld portioning tool rather than a production-volume dispenser, so it is best suited to kitchens requiring controlled single-portion dosing rather than high-speed bulk filling. The 1.9Ltr capacity works well for à la carte service, though operations with higher throughput or larger batch requirements may benefit from a higher-capacity model.
If you are unsure whether this size is right for your service style or prep volumes, we are happy to talk it through.
