The Dudson Evo Pearl Tapas Dish is a small vitrified stoneware dish designed for sharing plates, side servings, and informal table presentations. At 118mm across, it sits comfortably as a tapas portion dish or a compact accompaniment plate, and the pearl glaze finish gives it the appearance of hand-thrown pottery — adding a degree of warmth and texture to table settings that plain white crockery tends not to offer.
Vitrified stoneware is a practical choice for commercial table service. It handles the daily rigours of busy covers, dishwasher cycling, and stacking without the fragility associated with some earthenware-style finishes. The Evo Pearl range suits operations where the aesthetic needs to feel considered and slightly artisanal, without the fragility or cost of genuinely hand-crafted ceramics.
These dishes work well in restaurants, gastro pubs, and casual dining venues running sharing-plate menus, as well as hotel food and beverage operations where varied plating styles are used across different dayparts. The pack of 12 is a practical quantity for building out or replenishing an existing cover set.
If your operation runs high cover volumes or particularly demanding wash cycles, it is worth considering whether a fuller case quantity better suits your breakage and replacement patterns. The Evo Pearl range also extends to other plate and bowl formats, which may be worth reviewing if you are building a coordinated table setting.
If you are putting together a full table service spec or are unsure which pieces from the range best suit your menu style, the team is happy to help you work through the options.
