The Steelite DWH Fusion three-piece riser set is a modular display component designed to work within the broader Fusion Buffet System. Constructed from wood in an ash grey finish, the set adds tiered height to a buffet layout, allowing operators to present food and serving vessels at different levels within a single, cohesive display.
In a busy hotel breakfast service, wedding reception, or catered event, presentation matters as much as the food itself. Riser sets like this one help operators make better use of table space by building vertically, improving guest access to dishes at the back of a display and creating a more structured, considered look. The ash grey finish suits contemporary dining environments and works particularly well alongside neutral linen and modern crockery.
As part of the modular Fusion system, these risers are designed to complement other components from the same range — including shelves, baskets, and insert-ready platforms — so the overall display can be adapted to suit different service formats and menu styles. The wood construction keeps the set manageable in weight while remaining durable enough for repeated use across events.
It is worth noting that this riser set is a display accessory rather than a heated or chilled unit. It is best used for ambient presentation — breads, fruit, condiments, or decorative elements — rather than food requiring temperature control. For hot or chilled items, inserts with induction or chilled functionality from the wider Fusion range would be required.
This set is well suited to hotels, event caterers, and restaurants running self-serve or buffet-style service who want a consistent, professional display aesthetic. If you are building out a larger Fusion layout or are unsure which components work together for your service format, our team is happy to talk it through with you.
