The Elia Vantage serving spoon is a professional-grade piece of tableware designed for use in hotels, restaurants, and banqueting environments where presentation and durability both matter. Each spoon is formed from 18/10 stainless steel at a 4.0mm gauge, which gives it a solid, balanced feel that reads well to guests and holds up reliably through repeated service cycles and commercial dishwashing.
In a working service environment, the weight and finish of serving pieces contribute more than many operators expect. A spoon that feels insubstantial can undermine a table setting, while one that is difficult to handle slows service. The Vantage strikes a practical balance — substantial enough to feel considered, but not unwieldy for staff working quickly during covers. The polished finish is resistant to staining and corrosion, which matters when pieces are being cycled through a commercial dishwasher multiple times a day.
- Consistent finish across a matched set, suitable for formal and informal covers
- 18/10 stainless steel construction resists corrosion and retains appearance over time
- 4.0mm gauge provides a reassuring weight without being cumbersome in service
- Compatible with standard commercial dishwasher cycles
Supplied as a pack of two, this makes the Vantage practical to top up existing sets or to trial the pattern before committing to a larger order. If you are outfitting a full service operation or need to match existing Elia flatware, it is worth considering quantity requirements across the full cover count including breakage and dishwasher rotation allowances.
If you are putting together a new tableware specification or want to discuss how the Vantage fits within a broader Elia range, the team is happy to help you work through the numbers.
