If you’re frying large quantities of fish, chips or doughnuts on a daily basis, the Falcon F900 E9341 Electric Twin Basket Fryer is an excellent choice. A huge 19kW of power is channelled through just 20 litres of oil, meaning the fryer heats up and recovers fast, leading to an impressive 51kg chips/hr output. For efficiency, the fryer includes an “eco” setting, which reduces power consumption during heat up. When service is over the entire unit is easy to clean, thanks to the drain valve, safe-swivel element, built-in castors for manoeuvrability and external stainless steel construction.
All Falcon F900 freestanding appliances benefit from advanced DLS (Dynamic Link System) technology, allowing the units to be seamlessly linked with other F900 products, leaving no gaps between stations – the perfect opportunity to create the ideal cook line for your kitchen.
