Preparation:
Fruit Smoothie Open the pouch and spread the base. Add approximately 225ml of cold or room temperature water, seal the pouch securely and shake for around 10 seconds. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, shake once more and enjoy. Store in a cool, dry place.
