glassFORever Polycarbonate Champagne Flutes 170ml – 30 Pack

The glassFORever 170ml flute is a polycarbonate champagne and prosecco glass designed for commercial and event use where traditional glassware carries an unacceptable safety risk. Made from a specially formulated recyclable polycarbonate, it is fully shatterproof and produces none of the dangerous shards associated with broken glass — a meaningful operational consideration for outdoor venues, poolside service, festivals, and high-footfall bar environments.

In practice, polycarbonate drinkware of this quality sits noticeably closer to glass in appearance and feel than standard plastic alternatives. The clarity is good enough that guests are unlikely to notice the difference in a fast-paced service environment, which matters if you are serving premium sparkling wine or champagne and want to maintain the experience without compromising safety.

From an operational standpoint, the key advantages are straightforward:

• Shatterproof construction removes the risk of glass-related injuries in busy or outdoor service areas
• Dishwasher safe for over 2,000 cycles, making long-term reuse practical and cost-effective
• 100% recyclable material supports responsible disposal at end of service life
• Supplied in packs of 30, well suited to event planning and stock management by cover count
• Consistent sizing allows straightforward stacking and storage between service periods

There are a few practical points worth considering. Polycarbonate will scratch over time if cleaned with abrasive materials, so low-temperature dishwasher cycles with non-abrasive detergent will extend service life considerably. These flutes are not suitable for high-heat applications and should not be used in a dishwasher set above the manufacturer’s recommended temperature. They are intended for cold beverage service only.

This format is well suited to bars, wedding and events caterers, outdoor hospitality venues, and any operator who runs regular al fresco service. For sites needing larger quantities for high-volume events, it is worth considering whether a higher pack count option better fits your stock requirements.

If you are unsure whether polycarbonate drinkware is the right choice for your venue or service style, the team is happy to help you work through the options.
