Add versatility to your kitchen food storage with this multifunctional blast chiller/freezer from Gram, giving you the option to provide frozen storage for up to 13kg of food or mass chilling for 22kg. As a result this machine can be adapted to suit the changing demands of your kitchen, whether you have a large meal to prepare for a lunchtime canteen menu or a recent large delivery of ingredients that require temporary storage. As a more compact unit with space for up to five full gastronorm pans (not included), this model utilises an undermount design that draws in cooler air from the ground, allowing the unit to operate efficiently at higher temperatures and in more crowded kitchens.
