Henny Penny electric open fryers are designed to be the workhorse of any kitchen. This high-performance electric fryer is easily programmable thanks to its 12 cooking programmes and LED display – giving you ultimate control over frying progress. And with fast temperature recovery and built-in filtration as standard, this double-well fryer benefits from a high throughput, lower energy costs and longer frying oil life.
The fryer also benefits from a large, 60-litre capacity that allows you to cook multiple food items at a time. Additionally, twin baskets make it easy for you to separate food types to prevent cross contamination.
