Hygiplas Dissolvable Food Rotation Labels Monday (1000 Pack)

These are colour-coded, dissolvable food rotation labels from Hygiplas, supplied in packs of 1000 and printed for Monday use. Each label includes a blank date field that staff fill in at the point of preparation or storage, giving a clear, consistent record of when food was made or opened. The dissolvable format means labels break down on contact with warm water during washing, leaving no adhesive residue on containers or gastronorm pans.

In a busy kitchen, food rotation labelling is one of the more straightforward ways to support due diligence and reduce avoidable waste. A clearly dated label on every stored item removes ambiguity during service prep, particularly in high-turnover kitchens where multiple staff members are accessing the same cold store at different times of day.

• Colour-coded by day to make at-a-glance rotation checks quick and reliable
• Dissolvable in warm water — no label residue left on containers after washing
• Date field allows accurate FIFO stock management across shifts
• 1″ size suits standard gastronorm containers and food storage boxes
• 1000-label pack suits continuous daily use in busy operations

These labels are well suited to any commercial kitchen operating under food hygiene regulations that require documented stock rotation — whether that is a restaurant, contract catering operation, care home kitchen, or school catering facility. For sites requiring a full seven-day rotation system, the same labels are available for each day of the week and can be used alongside compatible dispensers to keep labelling accessible at the point of need.

If you are setting up a rotation labelling system from scratch or are unsure which format or pack size best suits your operation, the team is happy to help you think it through.
