The Hygiplas 50ml ice cream scoop is the ideal solution for serving accurate portions of food. Whether it’s ice cream, sorbet or gelato, the scoop makes it easy to ball delicious desserts into attractive 50ml servings, ensuring perfect portion control every scoop.
Made from stainless steel, the scoop is strong and durable, whilst the plastic purple handle provides immediate identification for colour-coded kitchens. Typically, purple colour coding signifies the utensil is to be used to prevent cross-contamination of allergenic ingredients.
