Each cylinder holds 4.5 litres of dry product — typically cereals, granola, nuts, dried fruit, rice, or similar free-flowing foods — and dispenses via a patented Free Flow mechanism that gives operators control over portion size without requiring staff attendance at the station.

The Free Flow system offers three portion settings (minimum, mid, and maximum), which helps manage product consumption and reduce waste during busy service periods. In a breakfast buffet or self-service canteen setting, this kind of portion control is practically useful — guests get a consistent serve, and operators avoid the over-dispensing that often occurs with uncontrolled gravity units.

Built for display-facing use, the unit is constructed with SAN containers for clarity and visibility of stock levels, with black ABS funnels, lids, and nickel-coated metal handles giving a clean, consistent finish suited to guest-facing counters.
