Jangro Degreasing Powder 10kg

Jangro Degreasing Powder is a heavy-duty alkaline cleaning powder designed for the kind of grease build-up that routine surface sprays struggle to shift. In commercial kitchens, oils and fats don’t just sit on surfaces — over time they polymerise and harden into a resinous residue that bonds to fryer baskets, tank walls, floor tiles, and extraction surfaces. This product is formulated specifically to break down that type of stubborn contamination.

In practice, it’s most commonly used in two ways: as a soak or boil-out solution for deep fat fryers, where it lifts hardened oil from the tank interior and heating elements, and as a diluted scrubbing solution for heavily soiled floors and wall tiles in cooking areas. Regular use as part of a cleaning schedule helps prevent the slow accumulation of grease that can affect equipment performance and hygiene compliance.

• Boil-out cleaning for deep fat fryers, softening resinous oil deposits
• Heavy-duty floor and wall degreasing in cooking and prep areas
• General degreasing of cooking equipment exteriors and surfaces
• Preventative use to stop grease hardening between deep cleans
• Suitable for use on a range of commercial kitchen surfaces

The 10kg container suits kitchens that clean regularly and want to keep a practical stock on hand rather than ordering frequently. It’s a straightforward, no-frills workhorse product — not specialised for any one surface type, but reliable across the general degreasing tasks most commercial kitchens deal with week to week.

If you’re unsure which concentration or product type best fits your cleaning regime or the surfaces you’re working with, the team is happy to point you in the right direction.
