Specifically made for use alongside Josper charcoal ovens, the 405 Josper turbot grill holder is perfect for grilling larger fish products. The high thermal conductivity of the material guarantees a fast and uniform heat distribution, which is essential to obtain a perfect cook. Ideal for retaining the smoky flavours you’d expect while making it much easier to flip and position without breaking delicate fish.
Designed in collaboration with the renowned chef Bittor Arginzoniz, Josper has revolutionised grilling, innovating with a wide series of grill racks and pans which let your creativity shine.
