This set of six lattice-back dining chairs is made from rubberwood finished in a deliberately distressed vintage style. The open lattice back and drop-in seat design give each chair a period character that sits comfortably in pub dining rooms, independent restaurants, cafés, and club venues where a more traditional or rustic aesthetic is intended. The seat pads are upholstered in Shetland Scarlett red vinyl, which brings a strong colour accent and is straightforward to wipe down between covers.
Rubberwood is a dense, stable hardwood that holds up well in commercial settings. It resists the racking and joint fatigue that cheaper softwood or MDF-framed chairs often develop under the daily movement of a busy dining room. The distressed finish means minor surface marks tend to blend in rather than stand out, which is a practical advantage in high-turnover environments.
- Contract-quality rubberwood construction suitable for commercial hospitality use
- CRIB 5 fire retardancy standard met, as required in most UK licensed premises
- Vinyl seat pad wipes clean quickly between sittings
- Vintage distressed finish absorbs everyday wear without obvious marking
- Supplied as a pack of six, reducing per-unit cost for larger rollouts
These chairs are sold in packs of six, which suits operators furnishing a section or completing a room rather than replacing individual pieces. They are appropriate for most standard dining spaces. Venues needing a very high chair count, or those with extremely heavy daily throughput such as large-capacity event spaces, may want to consider a heavier-duty frame specification.
If you are unsure whether the finish, seat colour, or construction grade is the right fit for your venue, we are happy to talk it through before you commit to an order.
