DF_23DAYS

Whether you’re frying up scampi, fishcakes, tempura or smaller battered cod portions, the compact Lincat electric fish fryer is a fantastic solution for the professional kitchen.

With a single 5 litre tank and twin baskets, the fish fryer gives you the flexibility to deep fry two dishes at the same time using the same oil. Thanks to the included batter plate, the elements are protected from food debris, helping to maintain the oil quality for longer – essential for reducing running costs.

Frying performance is impressive – the powerful 3kW element ensures a rapid recovery time so you can quickly cook dishes to order. And as the whole unit is made from stainless steel, it’s easy to clean, ready for the next busy service.
