Built especially for the high output cooking of burgers, steaks and similar meats, this Opus 800 Chrome Griddle represents some the finest cooking technology available. With a surface that heats faster and holds heat for longer, the easy release chrome surface is just at home preparing pancakes and eggs as it is for the frying of meat. Two separately controlled heating zones means you can diversify the foods you cook without compromising on the food’s quality, or equally you could choose to operate a single zone during quiet hours to reduce running costs.
