The Little Italy 4336/2 double deck pizza oven is a great choice for restaurants and pizzerias who need to cook 14″ pizzas, fast. Able to cook up to 4 pizzas at a time, the optimised design of the oven means it only needs 13A plug-in power to run, whilst the strong stainless steel design makes the double deck oven easy to clean.
As each compartment has a refractory stone floor, the 4336/2 allows you to cook pizzas either in traditional deep-dish pizza pans or straight on the stone – perfect for crispy, thin pizzas. And thanks to independent controls for each compartment, you can also cook other dishes in the oven, such as pies and flat breads, further expanding the versatility of the Little Italy 4336/2 double deck pizza oven.
