The Merrychef cooking tray for 16″ cavity ovens is a superb solution for transferring food from the paddle to the cookplate. The edges of the trays catch grease and liquid, helping to keep the cavity of the oven and the cook plate clean.
The tray is incredibly versatile and allows you to maximise the quantity of food cooked in the oven.
This Merrychef cooking tray is colour coded green – perfect for reducing cross-contamination of food groups.
