This fine wire strainer from Olympia is designed to finish cocktails which are made with fresh fruit or puree but which are supposed to be attractively clear. This mesh strainer is therefore a brilliant step in preparing everything from a Mojito to a Cosmopolitans and is the final step in creating perfect cocktails for your customers. Why not combine with your Hawthorne or julep strainer for absolute and guaranteed filtering.
