Elegantly serve petit fours, Hors d’Oeuvres or canapés on these 300(W) x 100(D)mm Olympia natural slate rectangular display trays. This long, slender board aims to aid with presentation when serving delicate dishes. The natural, black colourway creates beautiful contrasts when placed against a crisp, white cloth, or when there are light elements to a dish, such as foams or opened oysters – allowing vibrant ingredients to stand-out.
These slate boards feature a varnish that make them safe for use with food whilst being resistant to oil and water – allowing you to serve a wide variety of dishes, without the worry of damage or flavour being absorbed by the trays.
Natural jagged edges are retained to add to the rustic, earthy feel of these display trays – making them ideal additions to any style-wary front of house that’s looking to create inviting buffet display for guests to enjoy.
