The Origin Base High Stool is a straightforward, well-proportioned bar-height stool made from polypropylene, sold here as a pack of two in mouse grey. The clean, minimal profile suits a range of commercial dining environments — from café counters and bar areas to canteen servery seating — without leaning heavily into any one aesthetic direction.
At 3.2kg per stool, they are light enough for front-of-house staff to reposition quickly during service, which is a practical consideration in spaces that shift between configurations throughout the day. The vertical stacking capability means a reasonable number can be stored without taking up significant floor space when the venue is closed or being cleaned.
The polypropylene construction, which incorporates over 50% post-industrial recycled material, holds up well under regular commercial use. The material is easy to wipe down between sittings and does not absorb spills, which matters in food and drink environments where seat turnover is frequent.
- Lightweight build allows quick repositioning during service
- Vertical stacking reduces storage footprint when not in use
- Polypropylene surface wipes clean easily between covers
- Consistent mouse grey finish suits neutral and contemporary schemes
- Sold in pairs, reducing per-unit cost for multi-seat installations
These stools are best suited to café bars, restaurant counters, and casual dining spaces with moderate to busy footfall. They are a practical choice where cost-effective, low-maintenance seating is the priority. For environments requiring upholstered comfort or heavy-duty contract-grade construction for very high-volume use, a more robust option from the range may be worth considering.
If you are fitting out a new space or replacing existing seating and want to talk through quantities or finish options, the team is happy to help.
