Polar U-Series Upright Single Door Fridge OR Freezer 650Ltr

The Polar U-Series 650 litre upright unit delivers exceptional versatility by switching between refrigerator and freezer operation at the touch of a button. With 408 litres of usable capacity across three adjustable shelves, the unit accommodates both direct loading and full-size gastronorm trays (1/1GN and 2/1GN), making it ideal for busy commercial kitchens that need a flexible food storage solution.

Built with strong stainless steel construction and 100mm insulation, the unit maintains consistent temperatures even when ambient conditions reach up to 40°C. The powerful forced air cooling system ensures rapid temperature recovery, whilst the self-closing door and automatic electronic defrost function help reduce running costs. The lockable castors provide easy positioning, and the user-friendly digital controller with LED display makes operation straightforward.

The stamped stainless steel interior eliminates the need for shelf guides, allowing extra shelves or pans to slide directly into position. Whether storing fresh produce or frozen goods, the secure lockable door and intelligent temperature control deliver reliable performance for professional food service operations.

Please note: Climate Class 5 refrigeration is rated for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 18°C to 40°C. However, this product has been tested and approved for use within a wider room temperature range of 10°C to 43°C.
