The Pujadas Black Series shallow casserole is a professional-grade cooking pan designed for general service use in commercial kitchens. At 360mm, it sits in a practical mid-to-large size range — useful for braising, sautéing, and preparing sauces or side dishes at volume. It is supplied without a lid, so if covered cooking is part of your workflow, a compatible lid will need to be sourced separately.
Pujadas cookware is commonly used across restaurant and contract catering kitchens where reliable, consistent performance matters more than novelty. The Black Series range is built with everyday professional use in mind — suited to the pace and repetition of a working kitchen rather than occasional light-duty tasks.
From an operational standpoint, a shallow casserole of this size tends to earn its place on the line as a versatile workhorse:
- Practical size for batch cooking or multi-portion service
- Shallow profile allows good heat distribution and easy stirring or turning
- Well suited to gas and solid-top hob use in professional kitchen environments
- Robust construction consistent with the demands of regular commercial service
- Straightforward to clean and maintain as part of a standard pot-wash routine
There are no complex installation requirements — this is standalone cookware that simply needs a suitable heat source. If you are stocking a new kitchen or replacing ageing pans across a brigade, it is worth considering whether this size is the right match for your typical batch sizes, or whether a larger or smaller option from the range would serve the team better.
If you are building out a cookware set or unsure which sizes best suit your menu and covers, the team is happy to talk it through with you.
