Pujadas Aluminium Sauce Pot Without Lid Ø600

The Pujadas Ø600 Aluminium Sauce Pot is a large-format, lidless cooking pot designed for high-volume sauce, stock, and liquid preparation in professional kitchen environments. Built from pure aluminium, it is a straightforward, workhorse piece of cookware aimed at operations that need consistent results across long service periods.

Aluminium is well regarded in commercial cookware for its thermal conductivity — it heats quickly and distributes that heat evenly across the base and walls, which helps reduce the risk of hotspots and uneven cooking. The construction uses a heavier gauge of aluminium than lighter domestic or mid-range catering pots, which supports better durability under daily use and helps the base maintain full contact with the heat source over time.

In practical terms, the design offers several advantages for busy kitchen teams:

• Even heat distribution reduces the need for constant stirring and monitoring
• Thicker base resists warping, maintaining contact with the hob surface
• Tubular stainless steel handles are insulated to reduce heat transfer during handling
• Four-rivet handle attachment per side provides a secure, long-lasting fixing
• Pure aluminium construction is fully recyclable at end of life

At this diameter, the pot is suited to high-output kitchens — large hotel operations, central production units, banqueting facilities, and contract catering sites where batch cooking is a routine part of the workflow. It is worth confirming your hob or range can accommodate the Ø600 footprint before ordering, as not all commercial ranges are configured for pots of this size. The pot is supplied without a lid, so if a lid is required for your application, this should be sourced separately.

For smaller operations or lower-volume service, this size may be more than required, and a smaller diameter within the same Pujadas range is likely to be more practical day to day. Equally, for very large-scale production environments, it is worth discussing your full requirements with us to make sure this is the right specification.

If you are unsure whether this pot is the right fit for your setup, we are happy to talk it through.
