Pujadas Red Non-Stick 1/2 GN Pan

The Pujadas Red Non-Stick 1/2 GN Pan is a standard half-gastronorm pan built for professional use across cooking, holding, transport and service. Constructed from 18/10 stainless steel with a non-stick interior coating, it is designed to sit within the Cool Line range and introduces a red finish that helps differentiate it on a buffet line or display counter — practical where quick visual identification of contents or rotation order matters during service.

In busy kitchen environments, this pan handles the full journey from preparation through to front-of-house presentation. The patented sandwich base promotes even heat transfer and makes the pan compatible with induction hobs as well as gas, electric and vitroceramic heat sources, which is a useful quality where kitchens run mixed or flexible cooking stations. Reinforced edges and a robust wall thickness help the pan hold its shape through repeated use, stacking and the general wear of a working kitchen.

Key practical qualities for catering operators include:

• Non-stick interior aids food release and speeds up cleaning between service rounds
• Induction-compatible base suits flexible and modern cooking configurations
• Red colour coding supports organisation across buffet lines and hot counter displays
• Compatible with standard gastronorm trolleys, inserts and holding equipment

This pan is well suited to hotel buffets, contract caterers, staff restaurants and event catering operations where presentation matters alongside function. For operators needing full-size or deeper GN pans for higher-volume holding, alternatives are available within the same range.

If you are building out a pan set or want guidance on matching depths and sizes to your existing equipment, the team is happy to help.
